In 2004, EOTC’s goal of one centrally located facility was just a dream. Our volunteers and donors were among the first to believe that dream. Their generous contributions to help purchase a vacant building laid the foundation for Building Our Future,EOTC’s major fund development effort for the Seventh Avenue Center. With building renovation complete in July 2011, EOTC‘s dream came to fruition. While our staff is settling into the new Center, we are looking ahead to completion of a children’s playground and parking areas in the coming months. The Seventh Avenue Center architectural-engineering work was done by Larson Design Group, Williamsport, PA.
General Contractor was Pettinato & Mercanti of Clarks Summit, PA.
