About the Center
Seventh Avenue CenterEOTC’s Seventh Avenue Center is a dream come true and a work in progress. Fulfilling A Dream. The community’s dream of a one-stop family resource center was realized with the recent opening of EOTC’s Seventh Avenue Center. Designed as a place where children and adults can learn and grow, the new Center brings multiple human services together under one roof. In addition to headquartering EOTC, the Center houses an Early Head Start program, Dress for Success, Educational Opportunity Centers, and Scranton’s Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program.
